I have a seen Dr. Tancini for a few different reasons. First, He helped me to overcome shoulder instability that was causing pain under heavy loads and during pull ups. He also helped me with chronic knee pain. He taught me how to squat appropriately which led to less knee pain and better core control. Plus he showed me how to run with better technique and cadence which eliminated some pain in the arch of my foot. I can now run with out pain the next day! The best part about Dr. Tancini's care is that he never told me to stop exercising. Other PT's have told me to just stop doing Crossfit if it is causing pain but that really isn't an option for me! - Jane Glover
