Mobility and Recovery Program for Runners

Program Goals and Details

Objective: Help Runners recover from their runs, their spring training programs, and position athletes to have a successful spring race and summer training block! 

Overview: This program complements your current running routine, targeting injury rehabilitation and prevention.

  • Mobility: Regain your flexibility to run and feel better! 

  • Rehab Focus: Ideal for those with injuries or nagging pains, offering group support while building mobility and flexibility.

  • Injury Prevention: Loosen up your body to reduce the risk of future injuries and improve your running performance.

Key Features:

  • Improve Hip, hamstring, quadriceps, back, and ankle Mobility to reduce pain and run better! 

  •  Semi-personalized prescriptions address common issues like:

    •   Plantar Fasciitis

    •   IT Band Syndrome

    •   Shin Splints

    •   Runner’s Knee

    •   And more!

Program Structure:

  • Delivery: Accessible via an app.

  • Schedule: Two meetings per week. If you are unable to attend, you have access to the workout in the app. 

  • Community Support: Online platform for accountability and celebrating achievements.

  • Expert Guidance: Led by and coaching provided by Doctors of Physical Therapy specializing in runner care.

Where: Ground to Overhead Physical Therapy 

 

Program Dates: March 4th - April 24th

 

Sessions per week: 2 In person with access to the program through App on phone.

 

Days: Tuesdays and Thursday at 5-6 pm.

If you are unable to make the sessions, the workouts will be available through the app. 

​

There will be 16 total training sessions. (8 weeks long). 

​

Price: $20 per session x 16 programmed sessions = $320

​

This Program is Limited to 10 Athletes
